Duffen collection, 1916-1961.

Four unrelated collections: William Duffen materials consists of manuscripts about the Earp-Clanton gunfight in Tombstone and mining in New Spain as well as materials from his unsuccessful 1950 election campaign for a U.S. House of Representatives seat. Also correspondence of S.D. Gromer about mining and real estate interests, 1916-1917, manuscripts by William S. Bartlett about frontier life in Texas and New Mexico, and correspondence of John J. O'Dowd, 1933, while he was chairman of the Pima County National Recovery Act and was attempting to coordinate prices, wages, and work hours.
